I am insured, getting my license soon, and am working on getting a permit. I’ve always loved to bake/cook and so I’m having fun with this new little adventure. My traditional French chocolate mousse – Belgian chocolate, butter, Grand Marnier

I made candied orange peel as garnish for the mousse pots

I played around with some choux dough and made these poufs for a client. Fluffy pastry filled with vanilla pastry cream and topped with a chocolate ganache.
I appreciate all the business I received this week and the interest in my baked goods. I’m also contracting for Angi’s Eats and Sweets, a local caterer and lunch hot spot/food truck. I worked for Angi in the early 2000s when I was in high school, now 20 years later so it feels natural to be back beside her again. Her and her husband’s food is always so good!
