Estate Sale on Poplar Street
THE HOUSE
I arrived at 8:55am with baby George in tow and got in the back of the line. I haven’t been to a sale in a long while, especially one on Thursday where you have to take a number and wait outside to be called in. I was number 61! Thankfully everyone moved pretty quickly and we were inside within about 15-20 minutes of waiting out in the cold.

Plaster Prints
A little project that I’ve been wanting to do was set the boy’s hand and foot prints in plaster. My dad helped me finish it just this week!
I started with some Italian shadow boxes that I had ordered from Sourced by Janet Wiebe a few months ago. I never really loved the intaglios, so I had an idea to replace them with the boy’s prints instead.

George Milton Hust arrived about 3 weeks early! He’s healthy and sweet as can be. Big brother, Jack, adores him and is ready for him to play!

Jack’s Toddler Room
Jack’s toddler room is finally almost done. He’ll be three in February and he started sleeping in his “big bed” a few months ago. It was a bit sad for me to put away his crib!
Nursery Progress & Purchases
I’ve started putting together the new nursery a bit. (And moved our house-guest to the basement! ;)) It seems like lots of people I know are expecting babies soon too.
