I recently went to a MOPS Basket Weaving Class and thought I’d share a little bit about it. It was so much fun and I’m amazed at how good my little basket turned out. 🙂 I’ve never weaved before!

Built-In Cabinet
We have a built-in cabinet in the dining room. It has the original old wavy glass and its shelves are super sturdy. We definitely wanted to preserve it when renovating and I’m glad we did.

Easter Thoughts, Inspiration, & Finds
Though it’s still a few months away, Jack is already getting excited about Easter! He asks me almost daily about it. “It is Eastertime yet, mom?” 🙂 So, it’s been on my mind.
Valentine’s Day
Though Valentine’s Day has a long and complicated history and arguably most people find it now too commercial and insincere, I’m going to embrace it as a day to just share some extra love and appreciation for people. Instead of the usual last minute treats, I’ve surprised myself and already have found some sweet things to consider.

I’m sharing a few things that I’ve liked, or am watching, on Ebay and Etsy. It’s fun for me to see what’s available and think about how to use items to make our home pretty and cozy.

Pantry Cleanout
Now that Jack is back at PreK this week, I’ve found a bit of time to clean out our pantry. It was long overdue!
