Drywall is up! And admittedly I’m a little lost… 🙂
The house looks so different with the walls covered.

When Blaine sent me the latest progress photos, I had to sit and study each one for a good 30 seconds to get my bearings and realize what room I was looking at.

So, to make the viewing a little easier to understand, I’ve created a few slideshows from similar vantage points throughout the house over time.

The upstairs hall will have wall sconces throughout one day soon. After finishing the drywall and painting, we’re planning to put the heat register back where its always been.

Were you able to find a local contractor who could do the “modern plaster” you mentioned in an earlier post?
Hey Jake, That’s to be determined at this point in time!
What a marvelous project–I love that you are not only choosing to rehab an old bungalow, but that it was your grandmother’s–too cool! That will be so special. Good luck on your journey!
Thanks Megan! I saw your blog and it looks like we have a lot in common. 🙂 Looking forward to following your progress as well!
