I’ve been collecting antique and vintage items since earning my first paycheck at around age 14. To me, there’s something special about using or displaying an object that was artisan made, passed down through generations, and which tells a story about how life used to be.
With rain in Houston’s afternoon forecast today, I took it as a cue to spend some time indoors at a few antique stores on our side of town.
I thought I’d share with you a few things that caught my eye.
Enjoy!
